We are excited to announce the appointment of Mark Sayle as the Director of Mid- West Sales for WM Coffman. Mark joins our team with over 25 years of millwork and cabinetry experience. Mark is originally from the St. Louis Area and has a strong understanding of the needs of the region as he has spent his entire sales career covering the Mid-West.
Mark is a full time company employee and his sole purpose is to assist you in growing your stair part business. Mark resides in the Chicago, Illinois area and will be reaching out to you to schedule sales calls so he can get a better understanding of your business and assist you in analyzing how WM Coffman can assist you in growing your stair part business in 2013 and beyond.
Mark will be responsible for all sales, training and promotions relating to WM Coffman in the following territory.

WM Coffman Resources (“WMCR” or the “Company”), an affiliate of Southlake, TX‐based private equity firm Prophet Equity, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dale Reutter to the position of President in addition to his current role as Senior V.P. – Sales. In addition to the promotion of Reutter, WMCR is also pleased to announce additional promotions within the Company’s Executive Management Team, including Kay Yonts – Senior V.P. Finance/ I.T., Kim Richardson – Senior V.P. Supply Chain, and Layla Tohme – V.P. Marketing. The Company is also pleased to announce the hiring of Dimitri Kontakos – National Sales Manager.

Dale Reutter / President/ Senior Vice President of Sales – Dale has over 29 years of Millwork experience, including 13 years dedicated to the Stair Parts Industry. Most recently as V.P. Sales, Dale managed all aspects of the Company’s Sales’ Strategy, including the honing‐in on target markets and territory coverage, sales force training and expansion, and development as well as management of all WMCR sales initiatives. His motivational spirit and constant positive energy are invaluable assets to the Company.
Kay Yonts / Senior Vice President of Finance and I.T. – Kay has over 18 years of dedicated service to the Company across a number of roles. In her current role, Kay and her finance team are responsible for all daily accounting and reporting functions as well as overseeing the Company’s I.T. department. Her diligence and dedication have enabled the Company to deliver best in class reporting and financial controls within the industry.
Kim Richardson / Senior Vice President of Supply Chain – Kim has over 20 years of experience in Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Service. Since joining WMCR in the 3rd quarter of 2011, Kim has made a significant impact. Her and her team’s dedicated efforts have enabled WMCR to achieve a 99% Fill Rate as well as an unprecedented 95% Perfect Order Rate. Kim oversees and manages all Purchasing and Operations functions within WMCR’s Plano, TX and Austell, GA Distribution Centers, as well as the Company’s customer service department.
Layla Tohme / Vice President of Marketing – The Company was fortunate to have Layla join WMCR in the 3rd quarter of 2011. In her current role, she brings over 10+ years of experience to the Company’s Marketing and Product Management functions. Layla oversees all aspects of the Company’s Marketing and Advertising, and will continue to support the Company’s growth through innovative programs, such as WMCR’s 2012 Loyalty Reward Program.
In addition to the current team members, in order to the support the Company’s growth efforts, WMCR is proud to announce the hiring of Dimitri Kotukus as our National Sales Manager.
Dimitri Kontakos / Sales Manager – Dimitri joins us with over 17 years of national building materials sales management and business development. Dimitri will be focused on servicing current house accounts while developing new sales growth in strategic areas of the United States where the Company has not had outside sales representation. Dimitri resides in Dallas and will be based at our corporate office in Plano, TX.
